When contacting us please give clear location infromation. Such as mooring or bridge number if your on inland waters.
Or river mooring or harbour. Plus as much informationas you can about the problem or the work you need. 
Many issues we are happy to give advice or instruction online or over the phone. If you wish to do the work yourself.
or tell you what tests you can do to confirm the problem. And you save the travel costs. 
The more detials of the problem you give us the better: even if you ask us to attend in the end,
we can bring the right parts and kit first time.
